Identify hazards, assess risk, and agree a prioritised risk profile for the site, process or project. Creates the map leaders need for planning and assurance.
Bow-tie analysis for major risks
For selected top risks, develop bow-ties that show threats, consequences and the barriers that keep operations safe — including which controls are truly critical.
Critical task analysis
Where human performance is central to control, break the task into steps, hazards and required safeguards. This is the foundation of safe work instructions.
SOPs, codes of practice and training
Convert analysis into procedures, CoPs and training material so supervisors and teams can apply controls consistently and prove competence.
